Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DongleActivatorEng.dll
2.Extract DongleActivatorEng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DongleActivatorEng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DongleActivatorEng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DongleActivatorEng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DongleActivatorEng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DongleActivatorEng.dll and press Enter.
