Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYToolsU.dll
2.Extract DYToolsU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYToolsU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYToolsU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYToolsU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYToolsU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYToolsU.dll and press Enter.
