Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll
2.Extract DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DefSdkVideoEffect3DMZR.dll and press Enter.
