Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DxRotate3DU.dll
2.Extract DxRotate3DU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DxRotate3DU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DxRotate3DU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DxRotate3DU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DxRotate3DU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DxRotate3DU.dll and press Enter.
