Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcmr51zhs.dll
2.Extract dcmr51zhs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcmr51zhs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcmr51zhs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcmr51zhs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcmr51zhs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcmr51zhs.dll and press Enter.
