Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcuacmp38.dll
2.Extract dcuacmp38.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcuacmp38.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcuacmp38.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcuacmp38.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcuacmp38.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcuacmp38.dll and press Enter.
