Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ddao35d.dll
2.Extract ddao35d.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ddao35d.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ddao35d.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ddao35d.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ddao35d.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ddao35d.dll and press Enter.
