Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dj32rtp.dll
2.Extract dj32rtp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dj32rtp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dj32rtp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dj32rtp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dj32rtp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dj32rtp.dll and press Enter.
