Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwssl24.dll
2.Extract dwssl24.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwssl24.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwssl24.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwssl24.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwssl24.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwssl24.dll and press Enter.
