Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DZH2OB.dll
2.Extract DZH2OB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DZH2OB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DZH2OB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DZH2OB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DZH2OB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DZH2OB.dll and press Enter.
