Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DesktopCleanup.dll
2.Extract DesktopCleanup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DesktopCleanup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DesktopCleanup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DesktopCleanup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DesktopCleanup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DesktopCleanup.dll and press Enter.
