Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DeviceLibrary.dll
2.Extract DeviceLibrary.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DeviceLibrary.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DeviceLibrary.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DeviceLibrary.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DeviceLibrary.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DeviceLibrary.dll and press Enter.
