Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll
2.Extract DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DirectionDialogVB.Y2006.M10.transform.dll and press Enter.
