Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DxResSVE.dll
2.Extract DxResSVE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DxResSVE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DxResSVE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DxResSVE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DxResSVE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DxResSVE.dll and press Enter.
