Using the zip or rar file
1.Download db2ossen.dll
2.Extract db2ossen.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract db2ossen.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting db2ossen.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract db2ossen.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place db2ossen.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 db2ossen.dll and press Enter.
