Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dbconmgr.dll
2.Extract dbconmgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbconmgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbconmgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbconmgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbconmgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbconmgr.dll and press Enter.
