Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcud3ewp35.dll
2.Extract dcud3ewp35.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcud3ewp35.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcud3ewp35.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcud3ewp35.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcud3ewp35.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcud3ewp35.dll and press Enter.
