Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dolcaptain.dll
2.Extract dolcaptain.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dolcaptain.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dolcaptain.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dolcaptain.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dolcaptain.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dolcaptain.dll and press Enter.
