Using the zip or rar file
1.Download drc2o0un.dll
2.Extract drc2o0un.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract drc2o0un.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting drc2o0un.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract drc2o0un.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place drc2o0un.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 drc2o0un.dll and press Enter.
