Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dve0bt.dll
2.Extract dve0bt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dve0bt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dve0bt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dve0bt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dve0bt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dve0bt.dll and press Enter.
