Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dwStg.dll
2.Extract dwStg.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dwStg.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dwStg.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dwStg.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dwStg.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dwStg.dll and press Enter.
