Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DALLibrary.dll
2.Extract DALLibrary.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DALLibrary.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DALLibrary.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DALLibrary.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DALLibrary.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DALLibrary.dll and press Enter.
