Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DCWL390CEI.dll
2.Extract DCWL390CEI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DCWL390CEI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DCWL390CEI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DCWL390CEI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DCWL390CEI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DCWL390CEI.dll and press Enter.
