Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DOUNZIP.dll
2.Extract DOUNZIP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DOUNZIP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DOUNZIP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DOUNZIP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DOUNZIP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DOUNZIP.dll and press Enter.
