Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll
2.Extract DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DeviceHub.DeviceServer.dll and press Enter.
