Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DipprData.dll
2.Extract DipprData.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DipprData.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DipprData.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DipprData.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DipprData.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DipprData.dll and press Enter.
