Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DivxHelper12OEM.dll
2.Extract DivxHelper12OEM.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DivxHelper12OEM.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DivxHelper12OEM.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DivxHelper12OEM.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DivxHelper12OEM.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DivxHelper12OEM.dll and press Enter.
