Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dkar.dll
2.Extract dkar.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dkar.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dkar.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dkar.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dkar.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dkar.dll and press Enter.
