Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dtmIo.dll
2.Extract dtmIo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dtmIo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dtmIo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dtmIo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dtmIo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dtmIo.dll and press Enter.
