Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DXM800.dll
2.Extract DXM800.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DXM800.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DXM800.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DXM800.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DXM800.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DXM800.dll and press Enter.
