Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DYCommonDataU.dll
2.Extract DYCommonDataU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DYCommonDataU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DYCommonDataU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DYCommonDataU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DYCommonDataU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DYCommonDataU.dll and press Enter.
