Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Dc315.dll
2.Extract Dc315.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Dc315.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Dc315.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Dc315.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Dc315.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Dc315.dll and press Enter.
