Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DispenseSystem.dll
2.Extract DispenseSystem.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DispenseSystem.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DispenseSystem.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DispenseSystem.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DispenseSystem.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DispenseSystem.dll and press Enter.
