Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll
2.Extract DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DotNetOpenAuth.AspNet.dll and press Enter.
