Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132
2.Extract ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ECMSVR32.DLL 1.2.0.132 and press Enter.
