Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ELABRKFN.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
