Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ENG1.DLL
2.Extract ENG1.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract ENG1.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ENG1.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ENG1.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ENG1.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ENG1.DLL and press Enter.
