Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135
2.Extract ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ENRES32.DLL 4.5.0.1135 and press Enter.
