Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0
2.Extract ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ES1371.DLL 4.10.20.0 and press Enter.
