Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018
2.Extract EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018 from .zip. We recommend that you extract EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EventLogMessages.dll 1.0.3705.6018 and press Enter.
