Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ecscm07q.dll
2.Extract ecscm07q.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ecscm07q.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ecscm07q.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ecscm07q.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ecscm07q.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ecscm07q.dll and press Enter.
