Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ecscmext.dll
2.Extract ecscmext.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ecscmext.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ecscmext.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ecscmext.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ecscmext.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ecscmext.dll and press Enter.
