Using the zip or rar file
1.Download efiutils.dll
2.Extract efiutils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract efiutils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting efiutils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract efiutils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place efiutils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 efiutils.dll and press Enter.
