Using the zip or rar file
1.Download encadapci1710.dll
2.Extract encadapci1710.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract encadapci1710.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting encadapci1710.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract encadapci1710.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place encadapci1710.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 encadapci1710.dll and press Enter.
