Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhtx04.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
