Using the zip or rar file
1.Download epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0
2.Extract epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 epnhtx13.dll 5.1.2494.0 and press Enter.
