Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ept569mi.dll
2.Extract ept569mi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ept569mi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ept569mi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ept569mi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ept569mi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ept569mi.dll and press Enter.
