Using the zip or rar file
1.Download esuimg.dll 1.00
2.Extract esuimg.dll 1.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract esuimg.dll 1.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting esuimg.dll 1.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract esuimg.dll 1.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place esuimg.dll 1.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 esuimg.dll 1.00 and press Enter.
