Using the zip or rar file
1.Download exprfltrbldr.dll
2.Extract exprfltrbldr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract exprfltrbldr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting exprfltrbldr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract exprfltrbldr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place exprfltrbldr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 exprfltrbldr.dll and press Enter.
