Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525
2.Extract ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ezConfPalm.dll 2, 0, 609, 525 and press Enter.
